1. General

BristolKoi.com is owned and operated by Bristol Koi, a family-run koi farm with over 15 years of experience. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Product Listings & Inventory

All koi fish listed for sale are subject to availability. While we do our best to keep our inventory updated in real-time, certain koi may be sold prior to the website being refreshed. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any orders for koi no longer available.

3. Shipping

We offer free airport-to-airport shipping within the continental United States. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pick up the koi promptly upon arrival.  See our Shipping & Returns Policy for more details.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of live animals, we do not offer returns or refunds once koi have been shipped. If you experience any issues upon receiving your shipment, please contact us immediately so we can assist within reason.

5. Auctions (When Available)

Auctions, when active, are facilitated through a third-party vendor. Participation requires registration and compliance with that vendor’s terms. Bristol Koi is not responsible for any issues arising from the third-party auction system. Auction functionality may include additional fees for membership or access, and terms are subject to change.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content—including text, photos, graphics, and logos—is the property of Bristol Koi or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
