Shipping Policy

We proudly offer airport-to-airport shipping within the continental United States. Our koi are shipped via major airlines to participating airports, allowing for safe and efficient transport to your region.

What to Expect

After purchase, we coordinate a shipping window with you and prepare the koi for travel. Shipping occurs only after the koi have been fasted for a few days. Once your shipment is booked, we’ll send you the flight itinerary and pickup instructions. You’ll be responsible for retrieving your koi promptly from the destination airport’s cargo facility.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final.

Because koi are live animals, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure you’re confident in your selection before purchasing.
